Reservations


Our website has a reservation system that can be used online or by calling us at 716-782-4688. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you within 24 hours, if you do not receive one, please contact us immediately.

Reservations require a Major credit card or debit card to hold the reservation. The payment is not processed until checkout.

Our rates change by what room you choose to reserve. A NYS Sales tax of 8% and Chautauqua County Occupancy tax of 5% will be applied to all advertised rates.

Please note there is a minimum stay requirement of two nights from May 1 through October 31.

Check-in and Cancellations

In the event of a cancellation, please call us at 716-782-4688 as soon as possible. At our option, there may be a charge if we are unable to re-book the room.

Rooms are available after 3:00 PM. We can secure you bags at our home if you need to. Please call us if there are any questions. If your time of arrival will be after 8:00 PM, please call us to let us know your specific arrival time. Please leave us your cell phone number for this situation.

Check-out is by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Payment is requested at that time. Should you decide to leave before 7:00 AM, we will request payment the prior evening.

If you have any special dietary requirements or any other needs, please request them at the time of reservation so we may have time to take care of them for you.

No pets please.

Our home is a non-smoking environment.

All bedrooms are on the second floor accessible by one flight of stairs.

Children above the age of 12 and older are welcome.

Free Wi-Fi is available with password furnished at check-in.

Breakfast is served at 9:00 AM with the menu posted the previous evening; please review our Breakfast page of the website for further options.
